Key personnel

Executive Producer, Andrew W Morse, commenced his film career on a major mini-series (Australia’s largest budget per screen second of its’ time), and went on to be Production Manager of two more, US telemovies and feature films. His experience includes shooting TVCs in Paris, and corporate films across Asia and Australia. Andrew also directs.

Hong Kong based Head of Production, Andy Chan, has over 3 decades of experience producing TVCs, photography and corporate films across the world. Andy His experience in filming China factories is prodigious, having completed hundreds of shoots in factories throughout the People’s Republic. Andy also directs.

Andrew and Andy have the expertise and professionalism to take an agile approach to projects. They engage personnel with the skills and experience most appropriate to each project.  Many DPs, Photographers and key crew members have been working with Essential for over 20 years.
